the late 19th century
with
a cobble stone yard
and
partial view of the sea.

Nösund a small seaside resort on the south
west
side of the island Orust, an "emerald"
n the archipelago of Bohuslän,
sheltered from the storms of the sea.

As
early as in the 1880´s Nösund was discovered by tourists
who
preferred to combine salt water bathing with rocky cliffs
with
leafy glades and a pastoral idyll

you will find a peaceful haven

For
directions
There
are beautiful walks in the surroundings where you can find great
view
points with a marvellous view of the archipelago.

is a small rowing boat for free in the small harbour
If
you want to swim there are 2 places with old charming changing rooms
just in the neighbourhood.
A
nice old tennis court can be booked.
Afterwards
you can rent the old sauna cottage for a bath and a take a swim just outside
the door.
A
restaurant is situated just 100m from our place where you can enjoy good
food and drinks.
If
you want to cook by yourself you will find the grocery store 5 km away.
If
you are interested in fishing you can sometimes catch a fish with
your spinning rod.
Boxvike
SS, Nösund´s sailing club offer sailing classes both for children as
well as for grown-ups. please see link.
